In this post, Mary Frappier, farm owner, gives us a behind-the-wine look into Harvest Time at the Farm, and the complex process of harvesting grapes for winemaking. Harvest Time happens between mid-July and the end of July, depending on the weather and pH of the grapes. This is when we pick our Blanc du Bois (white) and Lenoir/Black Spanish (red) grapes and prepare to make some tasty wine we share with our guests.
