Welcome

Visitors love staying at StarHill Farm’s private cabins. The scenic, intimate atmosphere encourages a connection with nature and  loved ones. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible while giving you the freedom to enjoy the ranch on your own. If you need any special arrangements to facilitate your stay please let us know!

Policies

Minimum Stay: We require a two-night minimum stay to book a reservation however we would love to have you stay longer to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

Payment: To secure your reservations, a deposit of 50% of your total lodging bill including tax is due at the time of making your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept most major credit cards. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time of making the reservation. Total prices will include 6% Texas State Room Tax.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to your arrival will receive a refund. For those cancellations within 30 days, we will refund your deposit if we can find a replacement for your stay minus a $50 processing fee.

Rental Fee: Includes your stay in one of our appointed cabins or houses and use of our 300+ acres for your enjoyment. Most activities are included in the nightly fee. Some may require a reservation and a fee. Texas State Room Tax is not included in the rental fee but will be added and collected at check out.

Check-In/Out: Check-In is after 3pm and Check-Out is prior to 12pm.

Damage Policy: Any damages done to any of our property(s) by a guest or persons visiting or staying with a guest will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation(s) and by your confirmation of this receipt from StarHill Farms, you agree to make restitution for such damage.

Pets are generally not allowed in our cabins and houses. However with prior arrangements and an extra charge it is an option. Contact us to inquire and arrange.

Smoking: We do not allow smoking in our cabins and houses. If you choose to smoke outside, please be mindful of fires and properly disposing of your smoking materials.

Minimum Age Requirement: Some of our cabins and houses are not suitable for children under 8 years old. Contact us to inquire and arrange.

Parties and Events: Parties and events are not permitted on the property without prior approval and payment. Only those guests associated with the reservation are permitted.

ADA Compliance: Our cabins and houses were built in the 1800s and they are not ADA Compliant at this time however, we will continue to find ways to change this to allow everyone access to StarHill Farms.
